Street musicians are the spice in boiling mixture of ingredients in everyday bustle of the city and in every village that has moved beyond the framework of mental Mentality. The sounds of street musicians are more than a mere irritation of eardrum, they are forms of communication. They are a guide through space, time, and landscapes of the spirit. The film "Streets tuned" is a realistic portrayal of feelings, thoughts, desires and problems of street musicians from the streets of Niš, those who entertain passers-by on the streets of some European cities and their colleagues from Turkey. Is culture accepted always and everywhere the same way, or the same sounds sound different in different societies, different sound?
